In general, each vintage photochrom in our archive is in excellent over-all condition. This is particularly true considering the prints are delicate and over 100 years old. The vast majority of the prints exhibit only minor imperfections such as surface scuffing, handling impressions and/or slight wear to the corners. These surface imperfections are only visible under raking or intense light and are typical of delicate prints of this vintage. Condition of Photochrom prints that deviate from the above will be clearly communicated to the buyer before an order is filled.
